Rush Process
Thank you for your interest in the rush process at Alpha Gamma Rho, Alpha Lambda. Each semester, our Professional Fraternity attracts ambitious students with the drive and desire to positively impact the community. We foster relationship-building, and provide a unique support system that will open doors for members throughout their futures.
If you show interest and participate in our rush events, then you can count on attending the last stages of the recruitment process which are elaborated on below.
Pref-Night
This is where the leaders of the fraternity will ask for your ambitions, career goals, how you would impact NMSU as an AGR, etc. Potential new members are then treated to dinner in the Las Cruces area and are shortly notified if they are eligible for a bid.
Bid Day
Once a potential new member has accepted their bid, our recruitment chair along with other brothers will guide new members through the process of Bid day. As a new member of Greek life, those who have accepted bids will be introduced and applauded to the rest of the fraternities on campus.
